Screenshot your target area in Google Maps and attach it to your post. If you can draw a boundary, even better — Apple Maps and Google Maps both let you do this. Agents and landlords use it to self-filter, which means fewer irrelevant DMs and more responses from people who actually have something in your area.

When you find a villa you like, copy the photo and paste it into Google Images. Two reasons: the same property is often listed by multiple agents at different prices — find the cheapest before you negotiate. Also, agents frequently omit the exact address (to prevent competing agents contacting the landlord directly). Reverse image search can reveal the real location via other listings, Street View matches, or the villa’s own social media.
